These spaces are thoughtfully created, with secluded nooks for relaxation and informal meetings nestled around lush indoor plants, providing a cozy and appealing environment shielded from the main work floor.
A new internal stair connects Level 11 to the rest of the Smart Place levels, with informal breakout spaces positioned around the stair, capitalizing on the double-height void along the glass façade, a light-filled space removed from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the fitout. The breakout area serves as the central hub with each of the dedicated work zones converging into this central activity space. The agora market offers a quick stop, walk-through snack bar, enhancing the dynamic and vibrant workspace environment.
