Over the past 28 years, from 15 years as principle of a tier 1 architectural practice, to establishing her own business in Venko 8 years ago, Tina has cemented her reputation as an approachable and present leader, earning the respect of her industry peers and clients alike. Tina challenges the project team to see beyond the brief & champion the client’s purpose. Her open & approachable manner fosters communication, making her naturally adept at stakeholder management & cultivating a united team, who are always reaching for the same goals.
Uncompromising in quality and service, Lili’s leadership has been integral in establishing the Venko reputation for quality outcomes that have longevity for our clients. An accomplished designer across multiple sectors including Government, Education, Hospitality & Civic, a specialist in Workplace design, Lili has guided clients both nationally and internationally through the complexity of change in the workplace environment for more than 25 years. Lili creates unique solutions that mirror the people, culture and vision distinctive to each individual client.
A highly adaptable designer working for 15 years across multiple sectors including Education, Hospitality, Government, Civic & Workplace sectors, Gordana has built an impressive portfolio specialising in creating spaces that have shaped the future of work for some of the world’s most recognisable brands. A passionate leader in the Venko business, Gordana will often be found at the centre of a lively design review. Gordana challenges the team on the first principles of distilling the design intent and becoming storytellers, creating inspired spaces that stimulate the breakthrough moments for our clients.

An excellent communicator, Rhem draws on his acting career to weave story-telling into his approach to marketing. Shaping a thriving Venko brand across all platforms, Rhem’s architectural & interior design experience are his foundation for embracing originality and challenging the norm in marketing for Venko. Critical to the success of Venko’s growth, he develops and executes marketing strategies that engage and inspire. ‘Passion for the visual arts & film inspires my work at Venko, the use of visual cues and emotive language gives me a fresh new take on marketing challenges.’
