As a purposeful contradiction to the lively, fast-paced & playful environment, our team drew on their experience in cultivating workplace wellbeing by incorporating ‘unplugged’ zones. These spaces are devoid of technology and allow for people to disconnect and quiet the mind. As Xero are a highly agile team in their work modes, our design planning prioritised informal meeting zones, touch down spaces & collaborative zones in close proximity to the team work points. The built environment is highly flexible to allow Xero people to be agile in the ways they work in response to the fast-paced nature of their industry.
