Venko works across a wide range of people-focused sectors giving us the ability to draw on proven ideas from many different environments, strengthening the spaces we create for students and educators. Insights gained in one sector often inform another, allowing us to merge best practice in ways that lead to more thoughtful, effective outcomes. For our designers, the work is deeply rewarding, knowing these environments support future professionals and the research that will shape our communities.

This diversity and breadth of experience can be seen in our projects. Spatial typologies such as specialist health training facilities reflect the clinics and hospitals students will one day work in. Engineering labs align with industry standards. Academic workplaces draw from contemporary office design, while the strategic positioning of an asset mirrors our work with developers.
