Moving away from the central heart, the space transitions into more intimate and grounded zones that support different ways of working. Each area features lighting tailored to its function, while ceilings and wall treatments enhance acoustic comfort and bring warmth throughout. Every surface has been meticulously resolved, reinforcing our commitment to quality.

The ARB 4×4 Accessories’ philosophy of commitment to quality, reliability and practicality above all else, is fully realised in this latest workplace. The story began in 1975 when founder Tony Brown was inspired by a four-wheel driving trip through the top end of Australia. This spirit of adventure and love of the natural world continues to define the brand today and set the foundation for Venko to lead their next chapter.
Spanning 4000 sqm across two floors, and completed in two stages, the new-build workplace supports more than 200 staff members. The scope includes an elevated client-facing experience, external façade works, landscaping, an outdoor breakout space, bathrooms and the refurbishment of surrounding buildings, strengthening cohesion throughout the ARB precinct.
Venko’s design showcases sweeping curves, sculptural forms and a grand sense of scale, celebrating the dramatic extremes of the Australian outback. Balanced with natural stone and thoughtful lighting, it creates a space that feels both powerful and grounded, echoing the raw beauty of the outdoors.
