While this is a speculative suite, and by nature designed to have broad appeal, our team have elevated its purpose to tell a story for RACV. Our work is in the art of storytelling. A spec suite should clearly express how a potential tenant would inhabit a space and also set the tone for the building itself. The design hints at a touch of drama – for the ‘wow’ moment when you step onto the tenancy floor.
