The Venko design team produced a 70 page design document that forms part of the business case that has been presented to the Coliban Water Board. To enable our team to have a complete understanding of the situation our team undertook a variety of investigations, research & consultation to establish the basis for the project. This process involved the following
elements:
– Outline Strategic Path
– Define the enterprise workplace principles
– Identify Opportunities
– Market Analysis
– Extensive stakeholder consultation, including workshops, online interviews and individual interviews with the project steering group as well as focus groups
– Report findings analysis & summary
– Functional Requirements schedule
The next phase of the process involved translating all of the information and findings from Phase 1 to conceptual design outcomes and Option outcomes. These steps included the following:
– Design Journey – Existing>New>Future
– Industry Benchmarking
– Space Typologies
– Existing Conditions assessment
– Potential Scenarios Assessment – 4 Options
– Options conceptual planning
