Our team undertook a comprehensive stakeholder briefing process, market competitor research and facility & operational assessments which enabled us to develop conceptual plan options that maximised space utilisation, improved workflow, incorporated new ‘working’ environments and increased residency. We developed this into a strategic masterplan that was then presented as a business case to the Baptcare Board. Our proposal was accepted and the project approved to proceed to the next stage.
